Where we ship and what it costs

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC, for $7.95 per order. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $13.99 per order. Your shipping charge is shown before you place your order. We do not currently offer shipping to other destinations through checkout.

When your order will arrive

Our apparel is made to order by a U.S. print-on-demand fulfillment partner and may ship from a location different from our business address. Production usually takes 2–4 business days after the order enters fulfillment. Please allow roughly 1–3 weeks from placing your order to delivery, including production and carrier transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico deliveries can take longer.

We will email tracking when your order ships. Tracking can take 1–3 business days to begin updating. If we expect a material delay, we will contact you. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order, we will offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us promptly with your order number; an address may be impossible to change once production or shipment has begun. For a missing, damaged, or delayed package, contact puertoricanprideful@gmail.com so we can investigate and help.
